The ceremony

The ceremony was held on The Lawn, bathed in winter afternoon sunshine. Finella walked down a white carpet aisle lined with white chairs for their 45 guests. The newlyweds said their vows in front of a stunning semi-circle arbour adorned with florals.

Following the ceremony, the bridal party took photos in the surrounding nature and by the lake, whilst guests made their way to The Deck for grazing platters and pre-reception drinks.

The reception

The wedding reception was held in the intimate Ferntree Room which was styled in a magical romantic theme with blush table runners, candles, and floral centrepieces. Behind the bridal table was a green wall lit with fairy lights and a neon Mr & Mrs sign. The bridal table looked out over the reception space that was set with three long tables that ran alongside the polished wooden dance floor.

Guest enjoyed a wedding banquet featuring mains of 18-hour beef brisket with swiss mushrooms, parsnip whip, truffle jus and baked barramundi, heirloom tomato and bocconcini pearls. The mains were accompanied by steamed greens with roast garlic dressing, a salad of roasted sweet potato, haloumi and cranberry with a mustard dressing and potato salad dressed with pecorino mayonnaise and fresh herbs

Once the couple had finished their first dance, the wedding cake was served on platters alongside tea and coffee.
